Information for Current Students
- The Jury Repertory Sheet (PDF) (Word) contains a repertory list for Applied Music Study.
- The Approval Request for Outside Recital/Concert Credit (PDF) must be submitted for consideration in advance of concert attendance.
If not submitted until after attendance, concert attendance may not count toward required number for the semester.
- The Recital Proposal Form (PDF) must be submitted for recital approval. This form must be completed and submitted 5 months before the proposed recital date.
- Complete the Mu Beta Psi, National Honorary Musical Fraternity application form (Word).
